Here's a list of ingredients that go into our delicious products for customers who may have restricted diets or allergy concerns:
Holy Roly Cinnamon Rolls – they are SIN fully delicious

Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, cinnamon. dry yeast and salt with optional frosting, heavy cream, powdered sugar.

Allergen: Egg, wheat, milk

After several attempts and epic fails, I have finally learned the tip to making these melts in your mouth gooey goodness. The secret ingredient is butter! Perfect for any occasion, they can be ordered plain or with frosting and should be refrigerated or frozen.  Approximately 12 in a box.
Chocolate Crack(le)

Ingredients: rice crispy, marshmallows, butter, ganache- (semi-sweet chocolate, heavy cream, butter, white chocolate).

This family treat is updated as the secret to these treats is double the ingredients and then the truffle mixture is spread across the treats and then capped with more rice treats to form one bite heavenly smooth crack(le) sandwiches. Best to keep in the refrigerator.
Espresso Biscotti
 
Ingredients: Flour, semi-sweet chocolate, almonds, sugar, eggs, cocoa powered, baking soda, salt.

Allergens: eggs and almonds 

A traditional chocolate biscotti featuring the extra kick of expresso makes this the perfect dip in your coffee drink or a scrumptious addition to fresh sorbet to open or close your day with a kick and the gentle sweetness of this Italian cookie dipped in semisweet. Tuscany Italian Flat Bread Crackers

Ingredients: Flour, water, olive oil, sweet basil, red bell pepper, garlic, thyme, fennel, black pepper, anise seed, yeast, sugar.

South of the Border Flat Bread Crackers
  
Ingredients: Flour, corn meal, water, olive oil, asiago cheese, green chilies, yeast, sugar.            

Allergens- Wheat 

Flatbread brushed with olive oil, finely grated asiago cheese, green chilies and of course sea salt. Keep refrigerated and toast up in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes. 
Smokey Southwest Flat Bread Crackers 

Ingredients: Flour, water, olive oil, chipotle, salt, yeast, sugar.

This flourless wonder is available in two sizes, a mini five-inch and eight-inch torte. This heavenly dessert is topped plain, or with a ganache frosting or a decorative wreath. For a fancy occasion the torte can be garnished with a decorative pattern of pistachio or toasted pine nuts or hazelnuts in the center. Best to keep in the refrigerator or freezer.
