I just recently taste tested TAG’s Olive Bread and it was awesome! The presentation was like it was delivered from an artisan bakery. A perfect outer crust that was not too hard, but just right. The inside was soft and moist without being 'gummy'. The bread was very flavorful! Nothing overwhelming. Nothing to dictate what you could eat it with. It is not very often that I can just eat plain bread, but the crust and texture made this perfect. I also made a grilled chicken sandwich with it, ate it with pasta, and will have the rest with homemade soup. Thomas has another hit on the horizon! -- Stacye
